Delicious breakfast served fresh every morning.
The room was quite cramped with limited space. The bed was thin and uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep well. the sliding door to the toilet lacked privacy, which was quite unsettling.

staying at rosslyn was a delight! the location is perfect, close to the rail line with trains running from 6am to 11pm. cliff was an amazing host, making breakfast enjoyable and memorable. our double room was clean and tidy, with a lovely shower and tea/coffee facilities.

Charming, Charming, Charming
The location is just a short walk to the seafront, making exploring leisurely and fun. Breakfast was a delight, with the owner personally cooking and serving each guest with a smile in a cozy dining area. I felt right at home in our clean, tidy Double Room, En Suite, complete with a lovely shower and tea/coffee facilities.

The spacious twin room was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Cliff, the host, was incredibly friendly and ensured a smooth check-in experience while offering delicious breakfasts that catered to everyone’s preferences. bathroom size was an issue, and the saniflo toilets can be quite loud. it's a pleasant stay with convenience to the beach and town, but expect some quirks with the facilities.

Had a lovely stay at Rosslyn. The room was very clean with enough tea and coffee supplies, which I appreciate. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to rest after a long day. Breakfast was a highlight—cooked fresh and exactly to my liking. Cliff and Cathy, the hosts, made everyone feel right at home. Parking was convenient. I didn't have issues finding a spot. One downside included the noise from the trains passing by, especially at night. The ensuite bathroom was on the smaller side, which might bother some guests. I enjoyed the warmth of this guesthouse and would recommend it for a cozy beach trip.

Had a fantastic stay with friends! The host was welcoming, and the breakfast was top-notch. We enjoyed exploring the local beach and the nearby pier. Parking was super convenient, and our room had all the essentials. It was great having extra pillows and refreshments available for everyone.
The only downside was the toilet's noise, which took some getting used to, especially at night.
